By renting from TurboRental, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before booking.
Renters must be 21+ years old with a valid driving licence held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid in India. International drivers need an International Driving Permit.
Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes on public roads. Off-road usage, racing, or carrying goods for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and voids insurance coverage.
The primary renter is responsible for all traffic violations, toll charges, and fines incurred during the rental period. TurboRental will charge these to your registered payment method.
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged to the renter. Basic insurance covers third-party damage. Comprehensive add-ons are available at booking.
Full-to-full fuel policy applies. Excess mileage beyond the included allowance is charged at the per-km rate specified in your booking agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Returning the car before the agreed date does not entitle you to a refund for unused days unless explicitly agreed in writing at booking.
The security deposit is fully refunded within 24–48 hours of return, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition with no damage, violations, or outstanding charges.
